SHEET PILING SERVICES
Sheet piling is a driven piling using thin interlocking sheets of steel to gain a continuous barrier in the ground.

Common Uses
Support excavations for below grade parking structures, basement, pump houses, foundations, etc
Construct cofferdams
Construct seawalls and bulkheads
Create barriers to groundwater flow
Three60 Construction Process
Depending upon the site condition and project need, Three60 Construction provides a choice of using overlapping or interlocking sheet piling.
These sections are designed to be flexible for different application including cantilevered to support the excavation or restrained using exclusively designed and developed ground anchor systems.
Each pile provides a strong, rigid wall with certain profiles able to be driven to a depth of eight meters with our light gauge sheet piles. Heavier grade steel piles are provided for deeper excavations to 20 meters, as the imposed loads would be greater.

Advantages
Sheet piles are recyclable and reusable.
A range of profiles, lengths, thickness, and anchoring system is provided to customer which provides a flexible range of options that maximises the site use by maintaining the boundary.
The complete process reduces ground disturbance by reducing vibration transmitted to neighbouring sites, thereby eliminates the risk of damaging neighbour buildings.
With the unique and distinctive interlock shape of the pile, it is easy to install with fewer materials in use.
